Hello, recently just got a Delonghi Stilosa Manual Espresso Machine EC260BK, comes with pressurized baskets i believe. I bought fine pre-ground espresso (i know fresh ground is preferred but im too lazy and don't care that much + i usually just make lattes so it doesnt make a huge difference for me). I've been doing the same steps for at least probably 10 shots and its been fine. I do two scoops and then tamp it then brew it. But now suddenly, the espresso would start to flow and then start dripping sooo slow that it takes a long time just to get 1 shot (im making a double) and it wasn't like this before. so then I googled around and tried it without tamping at all, just making sure its even and leveled but no tamping, and then the flow is better/back to how it was before. But before i was tamping so im not really sure why all of a sudden it became sooo slow. What should I do? just continue to not tamp it? Are you even supposed to tamp with a pressurized basket? Should I switch to a un-pressurized basket with the Delonghi machine?

Just bought one this year. A year later and this review and tutorial is better than any other one I have found. Thanks!
