Then I moved onto the OG Arccos system that required you to have to have your phone in your pocket so it could “hear” your shot. Both systems sucked and were too intensive to your game. \n\nThen along came Shot Scope and I thought someone had finally cracked the code. Just screw in the adapters to your clubs and wear a watch and all was good. I had the V3 which had a watch that was as big as the side of a house but it did the job…for the most part. I was always getting blisters on my hands unless I wore two gloves. It might be because I have a high swing speed so the friction was just too much on my hands, I don't know, but I've worn two gloves for years because of it and I'm tired of it. I thought bigger (and softer) grips would mean I could grip the club more lightly, use more surface area of the hand, and avoid blistering better.\n3. And im at a loss of words. Two weeks ago I was playing my best golf. Two rounds of back to back 82’s. The confidence i had over the ball with my irons was amazing. It wasn’t even that I was confident. It all felt natural. Ive got a boys golf tour coming up, so Ive been practicing tons for the past few months. Then i got sick for two weeks and took off from practicing. Obviously still doing practice swings any second I get, at work, mid convo etc. Im finally healthy enough to get back to it. AND EVERYTHING IS GONE! Its been 3 sessions now. I get everything from the piss missiles to pulls to hooks. Never any slices. This obviously means I’m probably coming down over the ball with a closed club face. But i cant fix it. Changed the grip. Tried the more in to out swing path. This just results in a huge draw. I feel like my swing is a mess. I have the same swing thoughts as when i was pure-ing them. But none of it fixes anything. Right now my lead theory is that Im shit, but also that my glove might be too loose? Its not such an old glove, lots of range sessions with it and just a couple of 9’s.
