The device works quite well, and weighs around 10 lbs. For the Field Trial shown in the video I used the motor quite a bit, particularly when any climb was required and through the rough. The second battery ran out of juice just after the 18th green, so by having three batteries I should be good for many hilly/challenging conditions. I ended up returning all the follow me stuff (tried the wired and wireless solutions) because there's just no substitute for the remote when navigating tee boxes and greens, and it's great to be able to send the cart up the fairway while we're looking for a ball or buying drinks or whatever.  And the remote works great.  The range easily exceeds the stated 50 yard range, and the cart stops automatically when it doesn't detect the remote.\n\nThe only issue I had was that the fixed front wheel on the clicgear cart didn't always work very well, and it seemed to chew up a lot of battery at times.  I was looking to replace the clicgear with the cart that Alphard sells when I saw they sell a swivel conversion kit for the clicgear, so I went with that.
