Vertuo is much more popular in North America, and would allow them to discover the American way of drinking coffee (longer extraction, lattes, flavoured coffee). It’s the technology that offers the most variety! If you want to cater to Europeans customers, then OL is more adapted to their taste. It is also more reliable than Vertuo, and very well known in the world (Europe & Asia mainly). Both tech are fairly easy to use, but would still require a little guide to make things easier for them. Finally, the professional line is a great option as a differentiator as those capsules are not easily available. Machines are meant for heavy usage, but cost more. You have the Zenius for in-room service. I use it with the My K-Cup a lot to brew loose leaf tea (but also make coffee with K-Cups), the 5/6 brew strength/temperature settings really let you customize the brew for different teas that require different temperatures and brew times. I used an older Keurig for this over 10 years ago but it had no strength or temp settings, I then switched to the Breville tea maker that lets you set the exact brew time and temp but it uses a very different and slower brew process so it can take 5-10 minutes or more before your cup is ready, as my life got busier I barely used it anymore. This Keurig lets me make a cup of tea in at most 1-2 minutes instead of at least 5-10 with the Breville tea maker. I'm happy I went back to single serve, especially with the new brew temp and strength settings. Only three cup sizes instead of four. The odd thing for me was how much lighter in weight this one is compared to my old one. More plastic and much less metal in the construction of this one. I do enjoy the 6oz \"Over Ice\" setting here and there, but not something that is my daily driver in terms of how I normally take my cup. The basic three-way preset is simple enough for me to configure since I'm solely the only user, and end up setting the 2nd preset for my travel mug (14oz), and thanks to your video I can set the 3rd preset for when I do the rinsing portion.
